Self-Care Day: Facial at Massage Heights Buckhead

 

March has been the ultimate self-care month for me -- I've been off of social media and really shutting out all of the clutter to focus on my well-being and thanks to the great people at Massage Heights I was able to come back for another facial and it was right on time. Microdermabrasion Facial at Massage Heights

 

 The glow up is about to be so real. On Sunday August 27th I experience my first professional facial at Massage Heights Buckhead location and it was simply divine. I wanted the microdermabrasion treatment because in my teenage and early 20's I had acne that I picked/popped and that resulted in dark marks; so this will help even out my skin tone.  The process was very painless -- Microabrasion specialists use hand-held machines, similar to sandblasters, to spray and circulate high-pressure crystal flow onto the skin. The compressors and pumps in microderma abrasion machines abrade the top layers of the skin and at the same time suck in dead skin cells, dirt and used crystals. My esthetician Kylan provided me with a new skin care regimen and also recommends that I come back once a month.  I think I will treat myself once of month it was very relaxing and since I'm in my 30's I am making skin care my priority.
