The Mid-Summer Bronner Brothers Hair Show was star-studded bringing out TGT, Toya Wright, Porsha Stewart, Da Brat and so many more. Celebrating 66 years of success this year--- The Bronner Bros. International Hair Show was held at the Georgia World Congress Center over the weekend.  The show featured over 300 hair care companies, Hair Battle, Natural Hair Companies and over 100 classes and seminars with celebrities appearances throughout the show!

Bronner Brothers marked the official launch of THE TOYA WRIGHT HAIR COLLECTION in conjunction with Queen Virgin Remy. Toya Wright, best known as the ex-wife of rapper "Lil Wayne", is building her own empire as a savvy entrepreneur and businesswoman. Although the Toya Wright Hair Collection made a debut at Essence Festival 2013, The Bronner Brothers Hair Show marks the first consumer launch of the hair brand. Melanie Fiona and Angie Stone Attend Bronner Brother’s Show to Promote ‘da Kink in My Hair’

This weekend, Melanie Fiona and Angie Stone attended the 66^th Annual Bronner Brothers Show to promote the award-winning stage play, Trey Anthony’s ‘da Kink in My Hair’ – which is scheduled to make its debut in Atlanta, September 6 – 8, 2013 at the Cobb Energy Performance Centre. Melanie Fiona and Angie Stone signed autographs and took pictures with fans at the UPSCALE Magazine booth. Later, Angie Stone introduced the executive producer of the play, Trey Anthony to her fans before her performance before a crowd of thousands.

Third place is awarded $300.

Second place is awarded $500.

The participants of the 2013 BOBBI BOSS™ Stylist of the Year LIVE ON STAGE Competition will advance to an on-line/community competition following the show, where the consumers will have the final word/vote.  The overall winner of the 2013 BOBBI BOSS™ Stylist of the Year Online Competition will be announced at the 22nd Annual Golden Scissors Awards Show - Hair Africa/The Great Expedition - December 8, 2013 in the Nation’s Capitol.

The winner of the 2013 BOBBI BOSS™ Stylist of the Year Online Competition will be awarded a two-night stay in Washington, DC and receive an opportunity to do a photo-shoot with celebrity photographer to the stars, Marvin Joseph.  As it will be your time to shine, wardrobe styling will be provided by Glynn Jackson. RECAP: Winter '13 Bronner Brothers Hair Show

Celebrating 66 years of success this year--- The Bronner Bros. International Hair Show was held at the Georgia World Congress Center over the weekend.  The show featured over 300 hair care companies, Hair Battle, Natural Hair Companies and over 100 classes and seminars with celebrities appearances throughout the show!  I had the pleasure of attending Mizani's 'Twist and Loc' class, stylists that attended this class learned twist and loc techniques for naturally curly hair. Techniques for initiating natural locs as well as best practices for loc maintenance and so much more. 
 

After the class, I headed downstairs to the Stages and visited some of the booths check out the pictures below!

Ford Escapes to Atlanta to Celebrate Bronner Brothers International Hair Show 65th Anniversary

Ford and Hair Industry Leader Bronner Brothers have joined together for the 65^th Annual Bronner Brothers International Hair and Beauty Show taking place in Atlanta this weekend, August 4-7. During the event, Ford will give away the keys to an all-new 2013 Ford Escape to one Bronner Brothers attendee as part of the “Ford Escape Bronner Brothers Sweepstakes.” 

This year marks Ford’s ninth consecutive year of sponsoring the trade show that annually draws more than 50,000 people. In addition to awarding the keys to an Escape, Ford will provide trade show guests an opportunity to test drive some of its newest products like the all-new Escape and Ford Taurus.

On Sunday I attended the Design Essentials Natural Styling Class, this was a great class for hair stylists since Natural Hair is on the rise instructors demonstrated how to care, style and maintain natural hair. The new Design Essentials Natural product line is designed to manage and style highly textured hair with the finest ingredients such as Jojoba, Cocoa Butter, Coconut Oil, Soy and Almond Oil .
