My Morning Routine Essentials

When you wake up in the morning it's very important to set the tone so you will be ready to take charge of the day and seize all new opportunities that comes your way. Once you get your mind right, your body will follow.

Below is a quick guide on how I start my day off on a positive note:

Instead of jumping straight out of bed, I spend 5 to 10 minutes meditating. This allows me to create a sense of peace within and get into a good head space before my feet touch the ground. Next I like to set the intentions for the day. I make clear affirmations about how I want my day to be. I'm a firm believer that in order to create, manifest, and attract it, you must first align your heart, mind, and spirit with your intention. In other words, you truly need to feel it! 

Once I'm up and moving I enjoy a warm cup of lemon water this is necessary daily because it flushes the body and improve digestion, lemon water can lead to cleaner skin. REVIEW: Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Collection

 

I had the opportunity to try out Dove Pure Care Dry Oil collection this product is infused with delicate African Macadamia Oil and this formula leaves hair sublimely silky, not greasy or weighed down. The first thing I loved about the Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Shampoo was the scent it was so refreshing and I only used about a quarter sized amount and it lathered up to perfection. I left the conditioner on for about 10 mins and once I rinsed my hair I immediately noticed how soft and silky my hair was!!!!
