Beautiful Textures Unveils New Naturally Straight Texture Manageability System

On December 16th, Strength of Nature, LLC hosted their 2014 Upfront for the Beautiful Textures Naturally Straight Texture Manageability System™ at ARENA in NYC along with the 135th Street Agency's Holiday Party. Special guests included Monami Entertainment's Mona Scott-Young, beauty expert Tia Williams, Tina Davis of Phase Too Management, Atlantic Records' Joi Pitts, Atlantic Records recording artist Justine Skye, Shaheem Reid, Michaela Angela Davis (BET), Breeze (BET), Jacquie Lee (Jacquie Lee International), Ariane Davis ("Love & Hip Hop Atlanta"), Sharon Carpenter (Revolt TV), Meena Charaipotra (VH1), and numerous beauty and hair bloggers. Angela Yee (Power 105 FM/VH1's "The Gossip Game") and tv personality/designer Angela Simmons took the stage to co-host the Upfront, which featured an announcement by Strength of Nature's Global Marketing Director Charlene Dance of the Reversible™ Straightening Texture Manageability™ System - a revolutionary product that allows women with natural hair to go from curly/kinky to straight and back without harsh chemicals. The Upfront included a hair show of four models who had all used the product the day before; five free hair makeovers were given away as well. The Upfront closed with a hot performance by Atlantic Records recording artist Sevyn Streeter, who performed her hit songs "I Like It" and "It Won't Stop."

Beautiful Textures Hair Care Presented 'HAIR ICON', A Private Cocktail And Dinner Party

In the midst of the electricity of New York Fashion Week, style giants and influencers gathered together for Beautiful Textures Hair Icon, an intimate dinner celebrating memorable African American hair icons - presented by BET and Cadillac and curated by the FifteenThirty Agency at the über exclusive Mondrian SoHo hotel on September 9th at 7:00pm.
 
Situated downtown in lower Manhattan, the Mondrian SoHo shaped by Benjamin Noriega Ortiz' provocative design, provided the perfect panoramic view of the city skyline for the Hair Icon dinner. Fostering a hybrid of style, music, media and entertainment, Hair Icons created an atmosphere of true sisterhood and payed homage to the celebration of brown beauty and individual style.  

Strength of Nature's Global Marketing Director, Charlene Dance hosted this incredible evening along with Michaela Angela Davis (Image Activist, BET Editorial Brand Manager). Both women expressed appreciation for those who continue to support the Beautiful Textures brand and all it has to offer for multi-cultural, multi-textured women who refuse to be defined by society's standards of beauty. An emotionally engaging affair, attendees toasted to celebrating being no-longer monolithic and taking ownership in an event that was created just for them. Encompassing contemporary fusion faire and signature cocktail drinks, the night can only be described as the quintessential celebration of diversity during New York Fashion Week. REVIEW:NEW! Beautiful Textures Curl Definer Mousse & Styling Custard

On Saturday June 22, 2013 I had the pleasure of attending Beautiful Textures Salon Takeover at the Amazing Drexina Nelson Salon and Photography Studio. I was blown out using a little Moisture Butter and then my stylist gave me a  dry two-strand twist with Beautiful Textures Curl Defining Pudding. After getting my hair styled, I participated in an awesome photoshoot and Curl Talk with Brand Ambassador Kimberly Walker.
